Priced by the square metre, not the sticker
Most online sticker printers price per design, per size and per quantity, and the price per sticker drops only when you order thousands. We price the way a print shop actually works: by how much vinyl your job uses. That’s £30 per m², with a 1 m² minimum and no VAT on top.

Who this is for
The minimum is 1 m², so this is for runs, not a handful of stickers. At 50mm that minimum is around 330 stickers. It suits:
- Small product businesses: jar, tub, bottle and candle labels, and pouch labels for food, pet treats and cosmetics.
- Shops, cafés and brands: logo stickers for bags, boxes and packaging.
- Clubs, bands and events: merch stickers and giveaways.
- Sign shops, designers and resellers who need a local supplier that prices clearly and answers the phone.
How a sticker job runs
- Send the size, shape, quantity and artwork, or just the idea.
- We set up the layout and cut line, and send you a proof and a price.
- You approve it. We print and cut it on our Roland printer/cutter here in Washington.
- You collect it from our factory in Washington, or we post it anywhere in the UK. Ask when you order.

What you get from 1 m²
Worked out at £30 per m² with a 20% allowance for spacing and weeding, so these counts are on the safe side. Round stickers take up the same space as a square of the same width.

Finishing

- Recommended for stickers that go outside or get handled a lot, like bottle, tub and pouch labels. Quoted separately.

- Free on orders over £100. On smaller jobs, design time is £25 an hour, and we’ll tell you roughly how long it’ll take before we start.

Sticker printing: common questions
How many stickers do I get from a square metre?
It depends on the size and shape. As a guide, a square metre gives you about 330 stickers at 50mm, about 580 at 38mm and about 80 at 100mm. Use the calculator on this page for your size, and we’ll confirm the exact count when we lay out the job.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, 1 m² of used area, which is £30. We’re not VAT registered, so there’s no VAT to add. We don’t take on small runs below that. At 50mm, 1 m² is around 330 stickers.
Can I put different designs on one square metre?
No. Each run is one design. Mixing lots of designs on one sheet takes more setup than it saves, so each design is its own run with the 1 m² minimum.
What does “used area” mean?
It’s the space your stickers take up on the vinyl, plus a small allowance, usually 15 to 20%, for the gaps between them and weeding. Simple shapes nest tightly; awkward shapes need more room. We price on that, not on a full roll.
Can the stickers go outside?
They’re printed on vinyl with eco-solvent inks, which handle outdoor use. For stickers that will live outside or get handled a lot, we recommend a laminate over the top. Lamination is quoted separately, so mention it when you ask for a price.
How long do stickers take?
Currently 3 to 5 working days from artwork approval. If you need them within 24 hours, rush jobs are an extra 25%, as long as the queue allows. Ring first and we’ll tell you straight.
Do you give discounts on bigger runs?
Orders over 3 m² are looked at individually. Send the size, quantity and shape and we’ll come back with a price.
